Our existing clients who have received email from us before will be receiving a welcoming email to our new Pet Portal system. This new and exciting system allows you access to your pets records as well as request appointments and even request a refill of your pets medications. You can edit all of your information at anytime and add photos of your pets. There are also many interesting facts and articles about pet health for you to enjoy. Please feel free to send us feedback on our new system. You can also pick and choose what types of reminders you receive from us and set your own preferences as to how you receive them. Click on the My Information link under My Profile and you can select your preferences. For those clients who would like to receive reminders via text message, please scroll to the bottom of that page and add in your cell phone number, check the box requesting to receive text messages and click on the Update Contact Information button
